What if it doesn’t work for me?

We want you to feel confident trying My Organic Shea products. If a product isn’t the right fit, contact us within 14 days of delivery and our team will assist with a return, exchange, or the best solution for you. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’re here to support you every step of the way.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are carefully processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times depend on your location, but most customers receive their products within 3–7 business days after dispatch. You’ll get a confirmation email once your order ships, so you always know your organic products from Ghana are on the way.

How much is shipping? Where do you ship to?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and delivery option. We currently ship to most regions, and you’ll see all available shipping methods before completing your purchase.
